Limitations:

what are some characteristics of physical h&w

A

Physical fitness: being able to complete daily activities such as chores, exercise and accidental physical activity such as walking or riding to school without exhaustion.
Body weight: a person who is physically healthy is an appropriate weight for their height and is not carrying excess weight.
Blood cholesterol levels: high blood cholesterol can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease which is also referred to as heart disease.
The absence of disease or illness: A person who is physically healthy will have an immune system that is functioning adequately and capable of resisting infection and disease.
Energy levels: an individual needs enough energy to undertake everyday task and activities, energy levels are largely dependent on food intake, exercise levels, illness and stress levels.
Functioning of the body systems: measured through physical fitness, normal blood pressure, blood cholesterol and energy levels, and freedom from disease.
