Sea & waters: name and explain it characteristics’
The sea characteristics are
Oceans and waters
Most of the salt water on the planet can be found in oceans and seas
The moving sea
Sea and ocean water are in constant movement, there are three types: waves, tides and currents
Waves
They are undulating movements on the surface of the sea.
Tides
These are daily increases and decreases in the level of the sea.
Currents
Ocean water moves from one place to another. It can be warm or cold.
The properties of water
It can be found on 3 physical states: solid, liquid and gas
Solid
Water can be found on glacial ice and snow
Liquid
Water can be found in oceans, lakes, aquifers, etc.
Gas:
Water in gaseous state can be found on the atmosphere

The water freezes at 0C and it boils at 100C
