PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at a specified time
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
a part of project management, relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment; initially the project scope is defined and the appropriate methods for completing the project are determined.
