Muslims are forbidden from certain jobs/ actions – like charging interest
whilst lending money or gambling

This can cause issues for Islamic charities as they won’t accept money
that has come from gambling – for example National Lottery funding

Muslims will seek to give to charities that fight poverty like food banks or
Islamic Relief.
