How does population density affect people?

A

Politically: more active and influential political environment. more candidates that can have an interest in running, more services and infrastructure are needed.

Economically: higher market for goods and services. pressure on resources and infrastructure. higher costs and challenges for businesses.

Socially: much more diverse and vibrant environment. can lead to crowded and congested living conditions, causing stress and social conflicts.

What is low, medium, and high density housing?

A

Low: Usually associated with suburban areas. There is space reserved for single family homes with a yard.

Medium: The populated density is in between the population density in low and high density housing. Low density housing also sees condominiums or townhouses.

High: Majority of people rent apartments in smaller spaces. Places can become very packed.
