Symptom - Symptom elimination only, bot worried about understanding origin. If underlying cause is not addressed, symptoms may arise in another form

1. Identify false belief (musterbation or awfulizing) 2. Invalidate the belief. (Go though logic. What supports? What doesn't support?)
