The green revolution was a revolution where there was a greater amount of food production due to the increased varieties of food and new technologies for harvesting and crops.
Medical Innovations (include vaccines and antibiotics)
Medical innovations were introduced at this time, the invention antibiotics was discovered accidentally by fleming and that made the first ever antibiotic -penicillin. similar to that vaccines were developed and helped remove diseases such as polio.
Covid-19 pandemic
the covid-19 pandemic is a virus that has symptoms similar to the SARS outbreak that occurred in the earlier part of the decade o the 21st century. the first outbreak was in Wuhan, China in 2019.

diseases of poverty include
Tuberculosis - an infection spread through coughing and sneezing (it is airborne)
Malaria - caused by mosquitos
Cholera - caused by contaminated water

diseases of longevity include
heart disease
old age
alzheimer’s disease.
Causes of environmental change
causes of environmental change are deforestation - causing the decreasing amount of trees and plants.
desertification- which is removing vegetation from the land. and lastly, the air quality becoming bad due to the use of excess chemicals and pollutants.
causes of environmental change also included urbanization and population growth.
Economic Liberalization
an economic system where the government has no control or power market. and the people have a free-market policy.
