Temporalis
O: temporal fossa and fascia

A: VP - elevation of the mandible

Trapezius
O: U - external occipital protuberance, nuchal ligament, spinous process of C1-C7 and supraspinous ligament
M - spinous process of C7-T5, supraspinous ligaments, and distal end of nuchal ligament
L - spinous process and supraspinous ligaments of T5-T12
I: U: - posterior border of the lateral 1/3 of clavicle

A: depression and stabilization of the hyoid bone and larynx; aids in phonation and swallowing

Omohyoid
O: S - intermediate tendon
I - upper border of the scapula medial to scapular notch
I: S - lower border of the hyoid bone lateral to the sternohyoid
