A

remove inhaler cap and shake inhaler
gently breath out
place teeth around it
breath slowly and deeply as you press down the canister
hold breath for 10secs/ long as possible
breath out
replace cap

A

sight up straight and lift chin to open airways

A

same as for a pMDI but click spacer on and spray into spacer

A

set it up - remove lid
and screw/rotate till you hear a click (the powder)

breath out gently
put mouth over mouth piece
breath in sharply

hold breath 10seconds
breath out gently
