What happened in the Second Balkan War?
The Bulgarians were looking to gain more land so the Balkan League, with the Ottomans, invaded Bulgaria

Spain and France wanted control over Morocco but the Kaiser pledged support in at Tangier for the Sultan, so a dispute started, only the Austrians supported Germany
