A

To apply visual effects, click on Effects tab, click on the desired effect from the available effects displayed, drag the effect on the timeline and position it on top of the clip, and right-click on the effect icon added. Then click on Properties(or press Ctrl+I), set the values, and select Play to see a preview of it.
