a. 1st Escalation – 9 days (Sergeant or equivalent);
b. 2nd Escalation – 7 days (Lieutenant or equivalent);
c. 3rd Escalation – 5 days (Facility/Bureau Supervisor);
d. 4th Escalation – 3 days (Division Chief).
