Q

What are the sources of risk of failure

A
  • External to organisation: beyond the control of project
  • Internal to organisation but external to project: your organisation merging with another organisation, your system needs to interact with the other system
  • Internal to project but external to the system: say you have project team and project designer and she quits; project has stalled
  • System-related: components of the system. e.g. vendor discontinues the line of software

User (business): Aimed at who uses the system

  • Reference manual [referring to something specific i.e. task]
