List the steps from start to finish for the waiver packet process

  1. Ensure all documents have signatures and that the MA Application is not dated before May 15.
  2. Upload all documents into LTSS Applications.
  3. Upload all documents into AGS Prime.
  4. Submit Waiver Packet Checklist to CCS Reviews.
    If RCCS requests clarifications, rectify and address responses in the same CCS Reviews email thread.
    If RCCS approves, then submit the Waiver Packet in LTSS to EDD for review.
  5. Once submitted in LTSS, notify EDD of the submission to mdh.ddaeddinquiries@maryland.gov.
  6. Monitor for approval in LTSS in the Financial and Overall Decisions Tab and Letters Tab. Rectify any possible clarification requests from EDD and/or DDA.
  7. Once the Waiver is approved, provide information to the team of the start date.
  8. Conduct the 30-day meeting (30 days after effective date) through the PCP process.
