Mechanical weathering
A
Freeze thaw- water expands by 9% in volume when freezing and forces pressure between rocks cracks and fissures and as the cycle repeats vulnerable rock erodes/ falls off the cliff

Carbonation- the slow dissolution of limestone due to acid rainfall that reacts with limestone or other carbonated rocks
