Cause many technicians have been killed by dead circuits when they’re not really dead so double check to be sure

Because horse play can get people hurt or killed

To have someone with you to turn the power off or give artificial respiration (CPR)
Why should you work with one hand around electrical equipment when possible?
To prevent the path of electricity to go to one hand to another in going through your heart killing you
