Suspension or Termination of Services

  • if the RCE finds himself unqualified to do the work/services, shall notify the client
  • provide extension for cases of delay
  • client may suspend the engineer not less than 30 days prior to stoppage
  • engineer by written notice of not less than 30 days suspended services
