Flood Level Rim

A device integrated within an air accumulator vessel that is designed to

A valve attached to a pressurized water supply pipe and designed so that
when activated, the valve opens the line for direct flow into the fixture at a rate and quantity to operate the fixture properly, and then gradually closes to reseal fixture traps and avoid water
hammer.
