A

RETHINK: reconsider design & impact
REFUSE: avoid buying/using mats that are env/soc unacceptable
REDUCE: minimise consumption/waste

REUSE: use products again for another purpose rather than throwing out
REPAIR: fix damaged products where possible rather than replace

RECYCLE: take products apart & covert parts into usable mats once again
