What is leadership? How does it differ to management?
Influencing followers to achieve a mutual goal.
Focuses on change, transforming influence, future possiblities. Motivating followers. Organisational vision and future.
Management focuses on handling existing processes and systems. Maintaining status quo. Bottom line profit focus.

Adaptive capacity is hardiness, and ability to grasp context. Create opportunity from hardship.

Make your own experiences (good or bad) valuable resources to others and their lives.
What is creative tension and how does it work?
The difference between current reality and an envisioned future. Creates energy and desire towards action and future.

The fundamental reason for existence beyond profit.
