Coverage
Worker’s compensation covers injuries and illnesses that occur as a direct result of employment activities. Including but not limited to jobsite accidents, occupational diseases or repetitive motion injuries like carpal tunnel
Exclusive Remedy Doctrine
Employees cannot sue employers for injuries or illnesses sustained, instead allowing for Workman’s Comp to be available.
