You just set up your questionnaire so that the week of pregnancy question is not enabled when the answer to the pregnancy question is not equal to yes. Why did we set this up as “not equal to yes’ instead of “equal to no”?
“Not equal to yes” covers both blank values and “no” values. We only want the week of pregnancy question to be enabled if an user selects yes to pregnancy.

Appointment level topics should always be linked via a navigator template, and then the template is linked to the navigator template hierarchy.

Appointment-level. Orders and IVs are relevant to the appointment as a whole, rather than a specific procedure.

- In Imaging Sys Def, DEP, or a visit type link a navigator template and/or a procedure-level topic
- in a procedure category or procedure, you can only link a procedure-level topic.
