A

Arrest child/young person without warrant.

Ensure the appearence before court
Prveent from commiting further offences.
Prevent the loss or destruction of evidence.

Reasonable groudn the beleive the young person committed offence of 14 years + and in the public interest.

Written report the commission in 3 days of arrest.

A

Child or young person to be informed of rights before questioned by officer.

After resonable ground to suspect the young person has committed an offence, or before intended to gain an admission.

Explain rights again if young person asks.

When the person is under arrest.

A
