Dosages / Administration

A
  1. Excited Delirium: 4mg/kg IM or 2mg/kg IV
  2. Refractory Pain Management: ADULT & PEDS: 0.2mg/kg IN/IM/IV/IO q 10min PRN
  3. Pre-RSI: ADULT & PEDS: 2mg/kg IV/IO; MAY Use IM if IV/IO unattainable, double to IV/IO Dose
  4. Post-RSI ADULT & PEDS: 0.5mg/kg IV/IO q 10min PRN

Adverse Reactions

  1. Laryngospasm, Respiratory Depression, Hypotension or Hypertension, N/V, Hyper-salivation
  2. Transient Apnea with Rapid IV/IO Push
  3. Myoclonus during induction
