Outer planets (Pluto, Uranus, Neptune) effects

- You want them to be within roughly 5 degree orb for them to be in play. When outer planets are within that orb they become so powerful and influential that you can either feel like you’re a victim of the whole generation or you can be a generational force that changes many peoples lives. So, it’s up to us to harness that. And usually it comes with age and maturation.
