Which app on Link is primary resource for reporting any cabin maint./discrepancy issues while in flight?

Are there paper Cabin Discrepancy Reports, and if so, why?
Yes. To report maint/discrepancy issues to the pilots if Link method is unavailable.
It is located in the Inflight Customer Kit.
Submit prior to pilots prior to beginning Sterile phase of flight during descent, or upon arrival if discovered during Sterile.
What should be done if there is inoperative/defective removable galley equipment?

Oven racks
Coffee pot
Affix Galley Equipment Needs Repair tag (found in Inflight Customer Kit) to equipment.
Report:

- Equipment Location
