1. Pt is very sick (fever >104)

Who doesn't get live vaccine?
-Egg allergy
-Immunocompromised CAN receive it (even though live attenuated virus)

Once, age 65. basically everyone (but mainly disease--heart, lung, kidney, liver, DM etc)
