E1 - Tready Traders: Indv citizen of treaty country, must be substantial trade, indvi must have exe, sup or essential skills and must intent to depart when trading is done.
E2 Tready Investors
Invested personally in the enterprise. Must be fide enterprise and not marginal. Must be executive, sup, essential skills. Must direct and dev the enterprise.
H1B - Special Occupations and Fashion Models
Requires bach degree or higher. Must be complex to only be performed by degree. Also fashion models.
H1C - Reg Nurse Working in Health Professional Shortage Area
Full, unrestricted nursing license in working country or US. Requires to have passed examination given by Commission on Graduates for Foreign Nursing Schools
H2A - Temp Ag Worker
Employer must be able to demo not sufficient u s workers who are able, willing, qualified and available to do temp season work. Must show that workers will not adversely affect wage/working conditions of smimilary employeed workers.
H2B - Temp Non Ag Workers
Show need for prospective worker is temporary
H3 Nonimmigrant Trainee
EE must be trainess receiving training in field of endeavor other than graduate med edu that is not avilable in home country or must be special edu exchange visitors
L1A Managers and Executives
Intracompany transferees to work in managerial or exc cap - max stay is 7 years
Specialized Knowledge
Spec knowledge of product, services, research, equ, techniques, mangagment or other int and app in international markets or expertise in org process/prodc - max 5 years

Dem that they have extraordinary abilityu in science, arts, edu, bus, athl which are demo by sustained national or int accliam and achievements have been recognized through doc.
Must show work will contiune in the area of ability.
EB2 Alien of Extraordinary Ability
Requires advance degress and persons of excep ability
EB 3 Skilled Workers
Professionals and unskilled workers who aqre sponsored by employers
EB 4 Certain Special Immigrants
Broadcasters, min of religion, ee or former ee of US, Iraqi or Afghan interpretts, translators
