start of treatment this risk. Monitor for worsening
symptoms of depression and/or suicidal thoughts
during the first weeks of treatment. Allow 14 days
before taking Effexor if on MAO (Nardil, Marplan)
Side effects: Dizziness, headache, weakness, fever or
chills, blurred vision, sweating, and dry mouth.

Myasthenic crisis: unable to produce enough
neuromuscular stimulation, Tension will reduce the

Cholinergic crisis: there is too much neuromuscular
stimulation making muscle weakness worse by further
calcium in the intracellular space.
