A

Eat sensibly: Second and third trimester females should eat a bit more
Pregnant women are at increased risk of infection
Avoid sodium nitrite and nitrate ( can be carcinogenic)
Ensure Adequate intake of folic acid
(prevents neural tube defects, required for DNA replication)
