  • Observe signs of hemorrhage
  • Cool fluid, bland diet
  • Avoid aspirin

  • do not swallow but soit out blood
  • take analgesic half hrs before meals
  • avoid hard and crunchy food, spicy and acidic food (burning sensation)
  • avoid use of straw
