T-Trauma.
T-Tuberculosis (Pott’s Disease).
T-Tumour( Meningioma, neurofibroma, lymphoma, leukaemia, myeloma, glioma, Secondaries).
T-Transverse myelitis.
T-Tabes Dorsalis.
T-Twelve (Vit. B-12 Deficiency).
T-Thrombosis of Anterior Spinal Artery.

R: radiation necrosis or resolving haematoma
• M: metastasis
• A: abscess
• G: glioblastoma
• I: infarct (subacute phase), inflammatory - neurocysticercosis (NCC), tuberculoma
C: contusion
A: AIDS
L: lymphoma (this appearance more common in immunocompromised)
