A

Evaluation of CBT AND Ellis ABC model

A

✖️-Blames patients irrational thoughts- doesn’t take into account biological or environment factors
- maybe the depression leads to irrational thinking not the other way round

✔️- CBT challenges thought process not just symptoms more long term and no drugs in the body.
