A

regular small mals
reduced processed food,
limit caffeine and alcohol
adequate fluid intake
low FODMAP
probiotic supplements for 4 weeks

loperamide- diarrhoea
laxatives- constipation. avoid lactulose due to bloating
linaclotide- those not responding to first line laxatives
antispasmodics- buscopan
