Management (6)

  • Food diary
  • Exercise program - gym, pedometer, fit-bit - *maintains LOW but has minimal effects on LOW
  • Decrease food intake, Very low calorie diet
  • Diet advice + CBT
  • Sympathomimetic appetite suppressants - SE’s: HTN, arrhythmias
  • Surgery if BMI >40 or >35 w Cx of obesity
