  • MSK - arthralgias, myalgias, myositis
  • Dermatological - skin rash, alopecia, PO/nasal ulcers
  • Fever
  • Neuropsych Sx
  • Renal tract Sx - haematuria, oedema, renal failure
  • Resp tract Sx - pleurisy
  • CVS - pericarditis, myocarditis, valvular lesions
  • Haem - lymphadenopathy, anaemia
  • GIT
  • Recurrent miscarriages - APLS
  • Sicca - dry eyes, mouth
  • Decreased ADLs - ability to work
