- Monoclonal plasma cell proliferative disorder
- Skin changes
*suspect when polyneuropathy, and evidence of a lambda restricted monoclonal plasma cell disorder
Plus at least one major criterion (ie, osteosclerotic bone lesions, Castleman disease, or elevated serum or plasma vascular endothelial growth factor [VEGF] levels).
DDx: chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP)

- Limited disease: RTx
- Advanced (widespread osteoclastic lesions): CTx, autologous stem cell transplant
