Q

How can defects be incorporated into the works

A

If they are immaterial, the contractor and PM may propose to each other that the Scope should be changed so that a defect does not have to be corrected (45.1)

Contractor submits quotation for reduced Prices or earlier Completion Date or both

If accepted by PM, appropriate revisions are made
