• 2 graduated cylinders with celery, pH buffer 4,7,13 & 1 drop washing up liquid set up in water bath at 25ºC

• Add Hydrogen peroxide to all 3 cylinders
• Vol in graduated cylinders noted at 0,1&2 mins
• Rate of enzyme action calculated by 2min vol - 1min vol
