Q

Common pitfalls

A

-Ineffective w/o properly refined PL (splitting stores, estimating, need better understanding of items). SOLUTION: consistent BL refinement process and agreed DOR. WITH HIGH TEAM ENGAGEMENT TO MAKE SURE A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LENS IS BEING USED TO SEE ITEMS FROM ALL SIDES.

-No specific goal for the sprint and wind up w/ set of unrelated items for team to work on. Result= team completes sp worth of work but doesn’t feel like progress made. SOLUTION: set a specific, measurable goal.
