Exclusive jurisdiction over health under the constitution

Provinces/territories are responsible for delivery and administration of healthcare

What is the responsibility of Municipal government?

Answer 3

Responsible for some elements of healthcare delivery (public and local health initiatives)
e.g: Water fluoridation, sanitation, infectious disease etc

Ultimately healthcare is a shared responsibility in Canada.
