GI Bill of Rights
Law Passed in 1944 to help returning veterans buy homes and pay for higher education.
Baby Boom

President Eisenhower

A region of the United States generally considered to stretch across the South and Southwest that has seen substantial population growth in decades after World War Two.

1956 law that authorized the spending of $32 billion to build 41,000 miles of highway.
