The dancers are facing the camera with both knees together and bent. They have their arms stretched leaning on their knees. They then transfer their weight from right to left to right again ending with both hands clasped together on their right shoulder in a sleeping position. Transferring their weight left again they open out their arms to a v shape in front of their bodies and look at the camera before swivelling their feet three steps forward on the beats of the music with their hands behind their ears and arms bent.
The dancers have both arms straight up by their ears and wrists waving as they alternate , starting with the left leg, crossing over the right to swivel round in a clockwise circle.
The dancers’ bodies are facing stage left with their heads to the camera and the kick right leg to the left with strong arms down and slightly angled behind them. With the same leg they kick behind themselves with arms diagonally up. They repeat this three times
