Q

key motifs in fit as a fiddle

A

Don and cosmo perform a series of quick buffalo tap steps in unison towards stage left. Don plays his violin with two bows and cosmo pulls a confused face and then plays his violin like a guitar

The dancers are crouched down on stage left facing the audience and playing their violins vertically with them balanced on the floor. Meanwhile in unison the dancers, starting with their right, kick out their leg to the side and then take three small steps before repeating this on the other leg

Cosmo jumps onto Dons back and he performs 7 walks towards stage left as cosmo swings his legs , as if walking too, and begins swinging his whole body with the music. Once they finish the 7 walks cosmo jumps down and they both face towards the audience as the violins drop out of their left hand but flies back up like a yoyo. The music comically matches as it makes a whistling sound. This shows how don used to support cosmo but now cosmo supports don
