PEOPLE: The employees in an organisation who come into contact with customers.

A
Customer service providers: Waiters, complaints department, people on the tills etc.
Sales staff
Advisors or experts - If you’re buying a complex item like a new car, then you’ll probably want a professional to advise you on which model will be best for the customer.

What do people inside of an organisation need to represent
A
It is important that the people inside the organisation represent the brand image, in order for the organisation to have a coherent brand image.
