erector spinae - comprised of iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis
splenius, rotators, multifidus, semispinalis
attachments of the latissmus dorsi
throacic and lumbar spine, sacrum and iliac crest. then it inserts laterally into the humorous
attachments of the trapezius muscles
skull, spinous processes of cervical and thoracic vertebrae - medial
spine of the scapula and lateral third of the clavical - lateral
