Uncomfortable feeling in epigastrium, poor or abnormal appitite, tiredness, esp in morning. Weak limbs, lack of taste, loose stools, overthinking and inappropriate sympathy.

A

Most arise from Qi xu.
St is root of post heavenly qi, and beginning stage of production of qi from food. So if St is xu then all other organs will suffer.

Therefore tiredness is a key symptom.

Uncomfortable feeling in epigastrium is due to weak St Qi failing to descend.

Weak limbs - weak st qi failing to transport qi (food essences) to limbs

Loose stools, no appitite lack of taste due to sp qi xu.
