How do you treat mesocolic rupture?
reduce and treat primary, small colon then resection
(guarded with small colon involvement)
How do you know you have a strangulating obstruction when the animal is on the table?
Distinct line of demarcation
-Inflammatory and then endotoxic
What is a strangulating lipoma?
