GOOD- come together to discuss and combines views of both parties
BAD- takes long, can change

GOOD- design team takes notes
BAD- details missed, written wrongly

GOOD- recorded document if the company is busy
BAD- not as much detail as in person

BAD- no official document, lacks detail, just an idea

GOOD- clear and easy to understand document
