- Acting alone, Clavicular head flexes shoulder joint and sternocostal head extends it from the flexed position

2. Extends medial 4 fingers primarily at metacarpophalangeal joints and secondarily at interphalangeal joints

Main Action: Supinator
- Supinates forearm
2. Rotates radius to turn palm anteriorly or superiorly if elbow is flexed
Origin: Abductor Pollicis Longus
